Our student’s health and wellbeing are always our main priority. So, we offer a number of different ways they can confidentially share any thoughts and concerns they have so we can help in the best way possible.
Our expert team can provide you with a safe space to share any thoughts or concerns. We do this by providing one-to-one sessions or drop ins to provide confidential and professional support whenever you need it.
You may no longer wish to continue with this addiction as you look ahead to your future. That’s why we’ve partnered with specialist advisors that can help and support you to stop smoking, including prescribing Nicotine Replacement Therapy (e.g. patches, chewing gum, etc.).
Your Personal Development Tutor can set you up with this service.
We offer a confidential advice service through external partnerships where we can guide students as they learn more about all aspects of sexual health including consent, contraception, safe sex and pregnancy testing.
Experimenting with drugs and alcohol can happen at any time, and sometimes there’s pressure from people around you to try things you might not want to.
It might not be clear what to do, or who can help. That’s why we’ve teamed up with UK Addiction Treatment Centres (UKAT) so that they can provide our students with expert advice and support.
It’s important that you know that every single member of the Cheshire College team wants the best for you and for you to succeed. If you need to talk to anyone about how we can help you overcome any pressures, please speak to a member of the team on Campus.
