Cheshire College – South and West has provided bespoke on-site training to 67 staff members at tech protection and support company, Likewize. The Cheshire College team spent three months in the business upskilling staff with English, IT and Bespoke IT functional skills training.
The adult learning courses were created bespoke for Likewize, providing the opportunity for team members to develop skills, improve in their roles, and open future career opportunities.

It was fantastic to work with Likewize and deliver these nationally recognised skills to the team and see their confidence grow daily. We look forward to seeing where their new skills take them and supporting the business with an ongoing programme of adult learning.”
The partnership between Likewize and Cheshire College will continue, with successful learners being inducted into the next stage of education to develop their skills further and introducing more employees to the programme at the entry level.
