How to apply

The Course

This course is a follow-on from the Level 1 courses that allows you to develop the skills you need to enter employment or further your career in the engineering sector. This course covers the Metal Inert Gas (MIG), Manual Metal Arc (MMA) or Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) methods of welding.

You should have completed a Level 1 Welding course or be able to demonstrate that you have existing skills in this area.
You could progress to the College’s Level 3 welding course.

The course fee shown is the co-funded rate which is only available for people living in the local authority areas of Cheshire West and Chester or Cheshire East. If you live outside of these local authorities please contact the College for fee information.
