How to apply

The Course

This qualification is ideal for anyone who enjoys baking but would like to take it a step further. Whilst this is a professional qualification, and will be assessed through short written tests and practical observations, it is relaxed and informal. You will be required to purchase professional workwear at the start of the course but all ingredients will be provided.
