This qualification is ideal for those who wish to gain a better insight into stress and the effects it can have. As well as improving your understanding of stress, you will also study its causes and the effects stress can have on health. You will learn to recognise the signs and symptoms of stress and look at ways of preventing or reducing stress.
This course should take approximately one to three months to complete. This is a single unit qualification named ‘Introduction to stress and stress management’, which will cover:

There are no entry requirements for this course; however, a good level of English and a reasonable level of IT skills are required. There will be an initial assessment as part of the application process.
This is a knowledge-only qualification; therefore, a work/industry placement experience is not required.
