The Course

If you work in a cafe or tearoom, or just have an interest in coffee, then this is the ideal course for you.

In the introduction to Barista skills college course, you will learn about the fundamentals of making a professional cappuccino, latte and many other specialty drinks. You will become accustomed to setting up and maintaining the machine, grinding the beans and steaming milk.

This is the perfect course for you if you are interested in upskilling, or a career change.

There are no entry requirements. This course is for students 19+.
Students could progress to Level 2 food and beverage service.

The course fee shown is the co-funded rate which is only available for people living in the local authority areas of Cheshire West and Chester or Cheshire East. If you live outside of these local authorities please contact the College for fee information.
