On this course, you will learn practical and theoretical knowledge to improve both human and canine quality of life. You will learn how to conduct safe and enjoyable walks, maintain a dog’s physical and emotional health and apply effective training methods which bring trust and communication.

Upon completion of this course, you may wish to apply your newly acquired skillset to your own dog or your family and friends’ dogs, or you could progress onto a new career, such as a dog groomer.
The course fee shown is the co-funded rate which is only available for people living in the local authority areas of Cheshire West and Chester or Cheshire East. If you live outside of these local authorities please contact the College for fee information.
