This course is aimed at adults who are beginners at baking and want to improve their capabilities in this area. The course is designed to provide students with all the basic skills and knowledge to create a range of cakes, and how to decorate them.

This could be the course for you if you are trying to make high quality cakes in your personal life, or if you want to progress onto a more specialised baking course.

On this four-week course, you will learn how to make vanilla and chocolate sponge cakes, types of buttercreams and mousse and fruit mousse. You will also be able to garnish and decorate your cake.
