This course explores what Mental health is and the potential issues for an individual’s: 

 

Psychological and emotional?wellbeing 

Ability to function and cope with everyday life

Feelings about themselves 

 

This course gives an initial insight with the potential for students to progress to the Level 2 course in September 2025.

There are no formal entry requirements for this course. This course is suitable for students aged 19+.
You can develop your knowledge by progressing to Cheshire College’s Level 2 NCFE Mental Health Awareness or you may wish to explore other short courses available.

The course fee shown is the co-funded rate which is only available for people living in the local authority areas of Cheshire West and Chester or Cheshire East. If you live outside of these local authorities please contact the College for fee information.
