This course provides a comprehensive understanding of essential digital skills, including using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and ensuring cyber security through password management, two-step authentication, and phishing awareness.
Participants will learn effective email communication, utilizing IT for information and communication, and understanding business communication tools and netiquette.
Additionally, the course covers basic IT skills such as accessing wireless networks, managing apps, and using multitasking gestures, equipping learners to navigate and utilize digital tools effectively in their personal and professional lives.
Students on this course could undertake other digital courses such as Essential Digital Skills or other short courses in cyber or computing.
