This course provides a clear understanding of emotional intelligence and its importance in leadership. By the end of this course, participants will have developed a foundation of knowledge in these critical areas. This will then enable them to lead more effectively, fostering positive and productive environments in their personal and professional lives.
On completing this course students can progress on to a Leadership and Management course or on to one of our short courses designed for adults.
