This course provides a clear understanding of empathy and its significance in the workplace. By the end of this course, participants will have developed a foundation of knowledge in this critical area. This will then enable them to foster more empathetic, collaborative, and inclusive environments in their personal and professional lives.
On completing this course students could progress in to a Leadership and Management course or on to another short course designed for adults.
