This course provides a clear understanding of conflict management, including the causes of conflict, strategies for resolution, and techniques for fostering positive communication. By the end of this course, participants will have developed a foundation of knowledge in these critical areas. This will then enable them to foster more harmonious and productive environments in their personal and professional lives.
On completion of this course students could progress to a qualification in Leadership and Management or undertake another short course designed for adults.
