How to apply

The Course

This course is aimed at adults who want to develop their knowledge of Asian Cuisine and learn how recreate the flavours of your favourite Asian dishes.

 

Anyone wishing to develop their skills and knowledge to prepare and cook Asian food. This will include dishes from Sri Lanka, India and Thailand.

 

You will get to learn more about the signature “umami” flavour associated with Asian cooking. You can explore how to cook with the key ingredients shich as rise, ginger, garlie, sesame sees, chillis and dried onions and experiement with the use of spices.

There are no entry requirements. This course is for students 19+.
Students could undertake other short course or progress onto a Level 2 Professional Cookery Course.

The course fee shown is the co-funded rate which is only available for people living in the local authority areas of Cheshire West and Chester or Cheshire East. If you live outside of these local authorities please contact the College for fee information.
