This
course is aimed at adults who want
to develop their knowledge of Asian Cuisine and learn
how recreate the flavours of your favourite Asian
dishes. Anyone
wishing to develop their skills and knowledge to prepare and cook Asian
food. This
will include dishes from Sri Lanka, India
and Thailand. You
will get to learn more about the signature “umami” flavour associated with Asian
cooking. You can explore how to cook with the key ingredients shich as rise,
ginger, garlie, sesame sees, chillis and dried onions and experiement with the
use of spices.
