This is a 2 week short course learning the basics of classic soups and sauces.
You’ll learn how to perfect your favourite classic soups and sauces that will compliment the rest of your main dishes. From sweet to savoury to aromatic, your improved flavours and consistency will enhance whatever main dish you seek to accompany.
The course fee shown is the co-funded rate which is only available for people living in the local authority areas of Cheshire West and Chester or Cheshire East. If you live outside of these local authorities please contact the College for fee information.
