The Course

This course provides an introduction to photographic studio lighting and will allow you to explore the key elements that underpin all studio practice.During this short course you will cover the following topics: · Identifying lighting controls · Utilising controls to apply lighting techniques · Lighting control-quality and quantity This short course is designed to introduce learners to basic photographic techniques and principles and is suitable for anyone wanting to improve their skills for their own photography or if you would like foundation knowledge for further learning.

There are no entry requirements. This course is for students 19+.
There is a variety of short courses available that could allow you to explore another skill. You could progress on to Level 2 in a relevant study or to improve your current employment opportunities.

The course fee shown is the co-funded rate which is only available for people living in the local authority areas of Cheshire West and Chester or Cheshire East. If you live outside of these local authorities please contact the College for fee information.
