How to apply

The Course

This short course introduces students to the fundamental skills of art, design and digital photography. It is designed for adults who are looking to explore their creative interests or develop basic techniques for personal or professional use. Students will learn core principles of photography, including how to use camera settings, lighting and composition to take effective photographs. Alongside this, the course explores essential art and design concepts such as colour theory, the colour wheel, and the creative cycle. Through a combination of hands-on activities and guided exploration, students will begin to develop their own visual style while building confidence in applying creative techniques. Whether you are pursuing a new hobby or looking to take the first step toward further study in the arts, this course provides a supportive introduction to the world of visual creativity.
