The Course

This entry-level course offers students an introduction to the world of creative media and content production. It is designed for those interested in exploring how digital content is planned, created, and shared across various platforms. Students will begin to understand key concepts in visual storytelling, media formats, and audience engagement. The course will involve a mix of practical tasks and guided creative activities to help build confidence and familiarity with basic media tools and techniques. Students will also be encouraged to reflect on their ideas and develop content with purpose and structure. There are no formal qualifications required. An interest in creative media, content creation, or digital storytelling is recommended.
You can progress onto a Level 2 course in Media, Art, or a related creative subject.

The course fee shown is the co-funded rate which is only available for people living in the local authority areas of Cheshire West and Chester or Cheshire East. If you live outside of these local authorities please contact the College for fee information.
