Salary: £84,189 – £94,737 p.a 

About the Job role

A fantastic opportunity is open in our Senior Leadership Team for the role of Executive Director Organisational Development and Human Resources. The successful candidate will be an experienced OD & HR practitioner.

You will build effective working relationships whilst also providing strategic leadership around human resources, culture, wellbeing and leadership development.

Strategic leadership, management and development to Human Resources and Organisational Development to ensure that the provision and services it provides:

  • is effective, efficient and provide excellent value for money;
  • reflects the vision, mission, aims and values of the College;
  • is innovative, developmental and sector leading; and

The post-holder will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and will work closely with the College Executive Leadership Team (ELT) in the production of strategic and operational plans.
