Enrolment FAQs

Don’t worry – you can still visit Campus anytime we are open to complete your enrolment. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder, but if you definitely haven’t received an email about enrolment week, please email admissions@ccsw.ac.uk so that they can help resolve things quickly.

Please be assured that if you arrive on a date or time that we’re open, regardless of whether it’s on your timeslot or not, we’ll be able to help you enrol as quickly as possible.

Your enrolment is subject to meeting the entry requirements for the course, including completion of any exams or assessments. So that we can check these details, please bring evidence of your recent exam results, qualifications and/or certificates of achievement you have so we can check these details during your visit.

This can be shown through your phone, emails or hard copies of your qualifications.

If you plan on applying for financial support during enrolment, you can do this online in a matter of minutes through PayMyStudent. Just visit www.ccsw.ac.uk/life-at-ccsw/support/financial-support/  to learn more and complete your applications. As a heads up, you may need to upload the following documents:

Proof of income (this can be with payslips)

  • Proof of any additional income, for example, Universal Credit
  • ID (this could be a passport or driving licence)
  • ARC card (ESOL students only)
  • Asylum Seeker documentation (ESOL students only)

If you have any questions about applying for financial support or free transport, please email bursary@ccsw.ac.uk.

The first and most important thing to remember is that you are more than your grades and your future is what you make of it.

So, if your results aren’t what you were expecting, we’ll be here for you on Campus to provide support and discuss your next steps. We can chat to you about ways you could possibly still enrol onto your first choice course, or about the wide range of other courses we offer that could help take you to where you’d like to be in the future.

Our advice would be to not panic, come onto Campus and get support from our team.

We recommend allowing up to one hour for the enrolment process to be completed on Campus. However, depending on your individual circumstances, it may take less or more time.

  • Apply for financial support
  • Apply for FREE transport (16-18 students only)
  • Order kit or uniform for your chosen course (for example, Sports, Travel & Tourism, Uniformed Protective Services, Hospitality & Catering)

Please be aware that if you applied for financial support or free transport during a previous year of study at the College, you’ll need to apply again for the next academic year.

Please don’t worry. Send a message to admissions@ccsw.ac.uk and they’ll confirm the best time to come onto Campus during enrolment week Our Campuses are open for enrolment from 22nd August, pop into your chosen Campus and we will support you to complete your enrolment.

We’re excited to welcome new and returning students to Campus in September! Take a look at when your start date would be depending on what course level you’re enrolled on to.
